Refund policy

We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To complete your return:
1. Email hello@fairandsimple.com or call us at 309-453-4221 with your proof of purchase and order number.
2. You will receive a prepaid, printable label to return your item. Simply place the label on the original packaging and mail it back to us. It must be in the same condition and in the original packaging.

Each return has a $5 restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@fairandsimple.com to start your exchange.
